The Allen High School Academic Team, which was recently crowned the regional champion of the 2022 Class 2A Academic Bowl, was mentioned Monday at the regular meeting of the Allen Board of Education.

Help is being sought in identifying a suspected thief. Several items were stolen early this past Monday morning from the Allen High School baseball barn located at the north side of the field. Sometime between the hours of 2:00 and 5:00 a.m. the suspect climbed the fence and broke into the building. They were wearing tan coveralls, grey shoes and a blue beanie.
