Wayne Bullard spoke at the Allen Memorial Day Ceremony this past Monday. Following his speech he was presented with an American Flag that had flown aboard an Air Control Squadron Mission through hostile skies over Iraq on Operation Inherent Resolve. The flag was gifted to Mr. Bullard by the Mission Crew Commander on that flight, Lt. Col. Christopher Allgeier, USAF.
