The Board of Education of Allen Public School District hereby announces that statutorily qualified individuals interested in running as a candidate for the Number Five (5) seat on the Allen Board of Education may file to run as a candidate for this seat at the Pontotoc County Election Board between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday, December 2, 2024, through Wednesday, December 4, 2024. Candidates who are registered in Hughes County may file with the Hughes County Election Board.

Her favorite cheer memory was on the way to get food from Chicken Express after the girls’ Area game. The student section and cheerleaders sang to Olivia Rodrigo. Isabel’s future plans are to obtain her bachelor’s degree, go to dental school and receive her DDS, then become a certified orthodontist.

Read moreAllen area veterans will be honored on Monday, November 11th, by the Allen Schools with a breakfast at 9:00 a.m., furnished by the Allen FCCLA, followed by a program at 10:00 in the school auditorium. The program will be led by Allen STUCO members and the local FFA chapter. Guest speaker will be Burt Page.
