After leaving Allen in 2014, he served as the Student Pastor at First Baptist Church in Piedmont for three years and then at Waterloo Road in Edmond for five years.

Read moreThis Saturday, August 12th, at 4:00 p.m., the Allen United Pentecostal Church will hold a Pastoral Installation to make the appointment of Gary Vinson as church pastor official. Conducting the ceremony will be Rev. David Shatwell, Sectional Presbyter as emcee, and District Superintendent Rev. Matthew Martin. The congregation voted on June 8th to ask Rev. Vinson to take the lead of the local church.
