Rites held for Velda Hepner

Word has been received on the passing of Veda Agnes Reeves Hepner, age 100, of North Highlands, California. Mrs. Hepner passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024.
The daughter of Frank and Sadie Reeves, Veda graduated from Allen [Oklahoma] High School with the Class of 1942.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents B.C. and Melissa Gillum; sisters Opal, Johnnie Mae, Aster, Mary, Margaret and Carolyn; and brothers Nevelle, Ben and Gillum.
A funeral service will occur Sunday, February 2nd, 2:00 PM, at Mount Vernon Memorial Park in Fair Oaks, California. A graveside service will be held Monday, February 3rd, at 10:00 AM in Fair Oaks, California.
