Service Friday for Jeff Stewart

Services for Jeffery Earl “Jeff” Stewart, 65 of Atwood are 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 11, 2024 at the Allen Church of Christ. Burial will follow at Gerty Cemetery.

Jeff went home to be with his Lord and Savior on October 5, 2024. He was born on February 7, 1959, in San Jose, California.

Jeff went to high school at Allen and went on to further his education at Seminole State. He proudly served in the United States Army from 1979 to 1982, during which he was deployed to Germany. Jeff was a man of many trades; butcher, construction worker, caregiver, and RN. He loved fishing and spending time with his family.

Jeff married Brenda Joyce Treat on December 31, 1996 and they shared 27 wonderful years together.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Dean Stewart and mother, Dory Dixon.

He is survived by daughter, Kelly Ledo and husband, Ryan; son, Joshua Ward and wife, Sarah; stepmother, Nina; six grandchildren, Easton, Evan, Mackenzie, Jaxon, Kason and Cole; two brothers, David Stewart and Lawrence Stewart; and three sisters, Melody Bonnell, Robyn Mullicane Foster, and Julie Covey.

Jeffery Earl Stewart will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his spirit will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
