Services held Joe Dudley
Joe Marlin Dudley was born on July 25, 1956, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Walter and Opal (Sharp) Dudley. He passed away peacefully on January 24, 2025, in Wynnewood, Oklahoma at the age of 68 years.
Joe was a retired mechanic. He was a 1974 graduate of Maysville High School and had celebrated his 50th high school reunion this past summer. Joe’s hobbies include scuba diving, raising animals, hunting, and fishing. He also enjoyed history and traveling. Joe enjoyed visiting the places he had read about and seeing new ones. Flying airplanes was a great love of his life and enjoyed working on them. Joe will be missed dearly.
Joe is survived by his daughters, Valerie Hamilton and Marcus of Wynnewood, and Leesa Peters and Clint of Calvin; brother, James Dudley of Maysville, and sister, Rita West and Kelly of Edmond; grandchildren, Thomas Norman, Emily Hamilton, Katelyne Griffin, Shealee Norman, Jake Hamilton, Raylon Peters, and Grayson Peters; and a great-grandchild on the way.
Joe is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Opal Dudley; daughter, April Dudley; and brother, Charles Dudley.
Graveside Funeral Services were held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 28th, at Maysville Cemetery. Burial was under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home in Maysville, Oklahoma. Words of comfort may be sent to the family at: www. winansfuneralhome.com
