Wallace McKinley Passes Away

Wallace Joe McKinley Hoover passed away Monday, June 24th, 2024 at his home in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 82.

Wallace was born March 16th, 1942 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Hobert Hoover and Stella Mae (Farley) Hoover. Wallace graduated from Holdenville High School. He was proud to say he never missed a day of school. He was a draftsman for Conoco Oil Company for 31 years. Wallace married Judith Carrol Cook on November 4, 1962. They were married for 60 years. He enjoyed woodworking, traveling, RVing, and fishing. He loved spending time with his family.

Wallace is preceded in death by his parents, wife Judith, siblings; Paul Hoover, Joyce Hoover, Clifford Hoover and Tommy Hoover. He is survived by his daughter Carrol Jo (CJ) Hoover of Holdenville, siblings; Cecil Hoover of Garland, TX, Scotty Hoover of Maud, Johnny Hoover of Holdenville, and David Hoover of Atwood.

Cremation services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
