Patricia Ann Dauman

Patricia Ann (Wright) Dauman saddled up and headed for greener pastures on February 17, 2022. She was born April 29, 1943, in the barn on the family farm between Cushing and Stroud Oklahoma to Irving and Stella Wright.

She was raised in Cushing Oklahoma. She married James (Jim) Henry Dauman on August 16, 1961. They moved to Shawnee, Oklahoma in 1967 where they raised their two sons, Doug and David.

Patricia was stubborn and hardheaded like a cowgirl should be. She loved horses with her whole heart. Her favorite was her paint horse, Little Miss, who was just as ornery as she was. She also loved her dogs Precious, Sister and Bubbles.

She was preceded in death by her parents Irving and Stella Wright; sisters Marilyn and Carolyn Wright, and Joyce Wright; brothers: Harvey Wright and Tommy Wright; great-grandson Shane Carl Dauman; and ex-husband Jim Dauman.

She is survived by sons Doug Dauman and wife Michelle, and David Dauman; grandchildren Danielle and Brett O’Daniel, Destiny Dauman, Dailyn and Chris King, Devanie and Ronnie Stone, and Derick Dauman; greatgrandchildren Ty and Ely O’Daniel, Liyah Dauman, Brody Butts, Brixton Stone, Nemira and Adahlia Dauman; and a host of other family and friends.

There is no funeral service planned at this time.

The family is grateful for everyone who has had a hand in caring for Patricia and for those who have been so kind to all of them during this difficult time.
