Twenty children, ages birth to 12 years, that meet the DHS Snap Program Guidelines will be accepted on a first-come basis. All applications will be reviewed after the application has been filled out. You MUST have proof of income and SNAP at the time you are applying for the Angel Tree. Apply in person at Farmers State Bank, ask for Amanda Tollett or Paige Rinehart. The deadline for applications is November 28th. If your child is school age, they MUST attend Allen Public School!!
