The Allen Public Library is pleased to announce their 2024 Summer Reading Program will begin June 5th. The program is designed for school age children and teens, and will meet each Wednesday from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon during June and July.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Gordon Eugene Hon, who was born to Adrian and Lela Cartwright Hon on December 13, 1933, in Phoenix, Arizona. Gordon’s life peacefully came to a close on May 26, 2024, at his residence in Keller, Texas.
