The Board of Education of Allen Public School District hereby announces that statutorily qualified individuals interested in running as a candidate for the Number Five (5) seat on the Allen Board of Education may file to run as a candidate for this seat at the Pontotoc County Election Board between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday, December 2, 2024, through Wednesday, December 4, 2024. Candidates who are registered in Hughes County may file with the Hughes County Election Board.

Volunteers will be on hand to offer makeup and masks. Even if you don’t want to run or be a zombie, we really need your help transporting Zombies to their location and hanging around the course to help watch for traffic and keep everyone safe. There will be T-shirts for the first come-first served.
