Memorial held for Jerry Nickell

Gerald Wayne “Jerry” Nickell of Alle passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at his home in Allen at the age of 64.

Jerry was born on March 10, 1959 in San Padro, California to Fred B. Nickell and Joy D. Nickell. He was brought up in Allen and graduated from Allen High School. He worked several years in the oilfield. He enjoyed barbecues and hanging out with his buddies.

Jerry is preceded in death by his father, Fred Nickell; and his brother, Ronnie Nickell.

He is survived by his mother, Joy Nickell, of Allen; brother Brian Nickell ofAllen; children Brandy and husband, Chris Roberts, of Holdenville, Cash Nickell of Holdenville, Jerry Nickell Jr. of Calera, and Christy Nickell of Seminole; grandchildren Patricia Coats, Jaycee Robison, Kaleb Robison, Meaghan Coats, Cash Nickell Jr., Makynlee Nickell, Zoe Riley and Roman Nickell; greatgrandchild Lennox Robison; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

The family hosted a Celebration of Life luncheon in their home at 300 N. County Line Road in Allen on Wednesday, February 21st, at 12:30 p.m.
