Walden Named Outstanding Ag Teacher in 7 State District

Jonathan Walden, the Allen FFA instructor, was recently named the Region 2 winner of the Outstanding Agricultural Education Teacher award. This honor is given by the National Association of Agricultural Educators (NAAE). Walden was chosen as Oklahoma’s Outstanding Ag Teacher in April, pitting his application against those of Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Kansas, and Colorado.

After a rainout at Holdenville on Monday the 2022 Allen Fastpitch team opened their season with a 12-0 romp over Wewoka on Tuesday. The Lady Mustangs had a busy pre-season of 5 games of those 5 games they won 3 and were 2 losses were one run decisions.
